You’ll be heading our Norwegian office reporting to our group CEO. As a member of the group management team you will have significant influence on the sales agenda, securing that all activities support our overall group strategy.
Ambitions and skills are king
You know what it takes to take on the position as regional CSO of an international organization and are well aware of the requirements and challenges that come with this role. You are an experienced c-level negotiator and have a proven track record of sales management achievements.
Solid experience from retail sector
Your solid background within retail not only sets you apart from competition, it also gives you a deep understanding of tomorrow’s physical retail sector and its transformation to embrace omnichannel technology and meet the challenges of ecommerce.

Identify and qualify leads
Close and follow up on customers
Ensure retention of customer relations
Lead, support, coach and motivate your sales team
Outline strategic planning to meet short and long term goals
Provide market intelligence to group management
