Empty shampoo bottles and yoghurt trays turn into shopping trolleys

Sustainable retail solutions and product development are priorities for Expedit and our owners in Wanzl. Therefore we are happy to see the output of a successful collaboration with Danish supermarket chain, Netto, where plastic waste is recycled and used as the main component in their new shopping trolleys.

The sustainable shopping trolley, Salsa Eco, fits nicely into Netto’s sustainable agenda with increasing focus on delivering compelling shopper experiences, in a responsible manner. The trolleys in blue, red and green nuances are already introduced in Netto’s Polish stores and are right now being introduced in Danish stores too.
